a pleasant stay
friendly attitude good value cheaper bar prices good acts
the staff displayed cute and friendly attitudes, a nice change (in my experience). breakfast offered good value for money with satisfying portions. the bar prices proved cheaper than some nearby pubs, a definite plus. i found the entertainment quite enjoyable, presenting good acts.
some areas seem to need a little attention.

my twin room featured clean, crisp sheets and soft pillows. the bathroom was freshly bleached with all amenities provided. the room size was adequate for my needs, and i appreciated the attention to detail.

mixed feelings about my stay
bathroom mold ceiling mold
the location was really central (it was close to everything).
the bathroom had quite a bit of mold in various places. i saw it on the ceiling and around the shower (i really didn't expect that).

convenient location car parking good breakfast
The LOCATION proves very convenient near key attractions. Car parking availability right across the street cost less than thirty pounds for three nights. I found the bar prices cheaper than many local pubs. The breakfast offered VERY good value for money.
Some areas require UPDATING, yet all downstairs common areas present well.

My room had comfortable beds and spacious layout. Premium quality bathroom amenities were provided and I think that the cleanliness was evident throughout. I also noticed that the room was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.

friendly staff available lift snack menu small bathroom hard pillows cold night
i found the staff very friendly. they knew all the parking rules. the lift was available for use. there was also a nice bar. i could chill there. the bar had a snack menu with toasties.
the bathroom was very small. the radiator did not turn on. i felt cold at night! the pillows were very hard. we needed a blanket in the room.

The location proved convenient with the Winter Gardens close. Parking directly opposite the hotel cost under thirty pounds for three nights. Staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered good value and the bar prices were cheaper than nearby pubs.
The blinds in the room did not fully block out the street lights.

Breakfast portions were plentiful and served hot. Tea and coffee were self-service, allowing flexibility. The hotel also offered a two-course evening meal for eight pounds, providing great value .
